Location,communication is great. Medical personal and the reception are very nice and helpful. Once I called 10 mins before the end of the day and they stayed overtime to help me out. Recommend!

I am their patient since March this year and every time I have to call them for at least 30 minutes to get a response.Also doctor I had gave me the wrong diagnosis and wanted to give a prescription for the hormonal pills without even testing my hormones.

Klinika na mě působí velmi dobrým dojmem. Má moderní prostory i vybavení a personál má velmi lidský a zároveň profesionální přístup. Byla jsem u MUDr. Pavelkové a odcházela jsem naprosto spokojená.

Appalling service. No information and a charge for walking through the door without answering any questions. I was early but still had to wait. This was the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. I would NOT under any circumstances recommend this clinic.

Dr. Paskova and Dr. Frolova are lovely but now I cannot even get an appointment via email when it was very easy before. Now no one has written me back from my last emails. Hard to reach via phone as well. The reception is not patient centered at all.

I went to doctors here during pregnancy. Beautiful service. Clean and nice space. The only thing that can be changed is to make more convenient chairs in the waiting room :)

When I call to them to make an appointment they do not pick up the phone, I have called several times in one day and during different days and they do not pick up, in a couple times I had to better write emails to get an appointment or information. As well people on phone do not speak really good English. I do not recommend this clinic for emergencies. From my side I will change the clinic.If I am paying for a private service I am expecting to have quality on the service.
