Love this place! Great service, excellent people! I go often for waxing and Masha is a real professional, always providing first-class service and is very kind and attentive to her clients needs. Although I live in Dresden, Germany, I always do my waxes here in Prague with Masha. She has a super-sensitive touch that I have never got in Dresden.I sometimes go to the hairstylists and manicurists too, who also measure up to Masha's level of professionalism.They are always responsive, answer immediately to messages and very hospitable. It is a multilingual space, which is also very helpful for foreigners in the city.Recommend, highly recommend!

Salon Alexis is the best salon I ever been to in Prague.I am a regular client because of their amazing client service. I go there frequently for about 3 years , and I always has been satisfied of appointment flexibility and all services they provide : Manicure , Pedicure, depilation, facial treatment,… and people working there make always their customer happy and satisfied ( Maria, Dasha, and all others without exception )I wish you all the best salon Alexis, and thank you for making your customers always beautiful and happier !

Absolutely perfect! Only in Prague for two days and my hair is absolutely perfect now. It was very overgrown. Stylist was very friendly. Highly recommend

Elena was tremendously well-experienced. She did a fantastic job on my hands and toes with a clear gel. The front desk lady did an excellent job, and I thanked her for helping me throughout the appointment.

Cosmetic and hairdressing services are excellent. The salon is open during weekends as well ( i guess ) and the prices are very fair. Only thing - they dont accept the cards, so have a cash with you.

Update: the salon responded to me apologizing and offering a free haircut from another hairdresser after my hair grows. I won't be taking the offer but I do appreciate it.My experience with this salon ufortunately was very bad. I got the worst haircut I've ever gotten in my life (apart from when my dad tried to even out my bangs when I was 4). I showed a picture of the haircut I wanted to the stylist, she glanced at it and said ok - nothing tricky, just your regular medium-length haircut with several layers. The haircut she gave me had nothing to do with the haircut I showed her except for the presence of layers. All she needed to do is add several more layers to create style and volume, and refresh the ends of the lower layer. Instead, she cut my hair very short and made the lower layer very thin for some unknown reason, using those double-sided scissors. So instead of voluminous layered haircut which is very easy to create with my hair, she gave me a boy-ish thin-looking haircut. I am very fortunate on hair, it's thick and easy to manage but this haircut completely destroyed it. On top of the horrific haircut I got, I got charged the max price. Instead of the regular price on their pricelist, 700-800CZK, I got charged 1000CZK which is for XXL - my hair was medium length.I saw the work of the other hairdresser (younger) though while I was getting my haircut, and those haircuts looked good.

I booked a facial treatment. Unfortunately, it was very bad. Uncomfortable couch in a lovelessly furnished room, they do nails next door (which you can hear), everything rather unprofessional: hands not washed after they left me lying with a gel for 20 (instead of 10 minutes as said), everything done hastily, massage was strange (a cream wiped around a bit on the face without care). I almost got up and left several times in the middle of the treatment, which I should have done. A real waste of money and time. My face also hurt afterwards because of too aggressive products and especially too aggressive scrubbing of my face. Never again.

The staffs are warm and friendly. They treat me nicely. A little bit chicken and duck since me and them cannot really communicate in one common language. But I manage to get my message across. I am also satisfied with my haircut.
