Again, as in other store JRC they were exhibiting a video game that was not available in the store and meantime we were waiting in the queue a customer that just came was assisted before than us. I told that was not ok to the seller and he instead of apologizing was laughing at me and being ironic. Not buying there again.

Scummy and incompetent. I was openly cursed at for asking for other buy options. They just assumed I don't speak Czech... the prices are 25%-50% higher than in other stores and even more overpriced than if you shop online. Especially Nintendo products, buying directly from Japan + shipping is cheaper than JRC... The before mentioned staff has zero English skills and game knowledge, constantly pushing you to buy new games instead of recommending something more appropriate. Another customer got insulted for wanting a cheaper game for his 5-year old. Apparently 'you aint get sh*t if you don't pay big bucks' I felt so bad for the guy... You thought Gamestop in the US was bad? Visit JRC for some first-hand douchebagery. At least hire some competent staff if you plan to rip off unknowledgeable customers. What a scam...

I chose a game for 599 but they didn't have it in stock they ordered it in. When I came to pick it up they tried to charge me 749 even though it was still advertised at 599. Had to argue to get it for the right price.

I bought playstation 5 they helped me for procces but even i ask tax free they gave me just two bills and said theese papere are enough. When i went to airport interchange did not accept my bills because the guy in this shop did not give me any form. I called the shop they ask me come to store, all way from airport with product( it is also heavy). Finally i could not get my tax refund because of missing form. Be careful about that..

Completely incompetent. Would not accept a next day return of an item for the money i paid, instead was offered store credit, which is illegal but didn't want to deal with them.Rude staff, overpriced titles and very small with no variety of games.The manager chased us out last time cause he got a delivery and had to put it at the back, I guess it was an emergency.Will never spend my money in this place again.

Accessible, nice looking shop with relatively fast service. At least when you pick up stuff you ordered online.

Preorderd the new Zelda game (tears of the kingdom) collectors edition. Went to the store and they told me they can't give me the extras that come with preorder as they gave it away to people who didn't preorder the game. When I complained the person who works there just told me I should not complain as I'm getting the collectors edition which has stuff inside anyway. Very incompetent.
