I was not offered or suggested to have my VAT refund. I went back and for 1 cent I did not get it. Very far out using public transportation. The bus is near maybe 7 minutes walk. A metro is about 15 minutes walk, but the area is isolated and dark.

Today I came specially from Pilsen for ski boots for ski touring. Chose (shift pro 130). Took and left at the checkout. Told the salesperson that I would buy them. But I also want to see skis for my wife. I chose skis. I come to the checkout. The seller said that my boots had already been sold to another person...I'm so sad. It took only 15-20 minutes while I watched the skis. Turns out they mistakenly sold them to someone else. As a result, now somewhere there is a man with boots that he did not want to buy. And I can't buy what I need. Great job sir seller. Maybe it's worth looking into the box before selling something to someone?
