Unfortunately, in todays world still we can see signs of discrimination. Really sad to see the behaviour of Bristas" toward "english speaking people"... surprisingly who did that is a manager (lady with blonde hair)... hopefully owner of cafe gonna read my review and tell her customer service which includes respect

The place is very nice. It got perfect atmosphere for studying or reading. However, all positive experience got ruined with a shopping mall security guy who came and yelled at us because we were still sitting 5 minutes before the closing. As much as this is not the coffee shop staff fault, its management should do something about such attitude of security workers.

Very poor service!they ask for coffee in a cafe or with themselves, but they did everything wrong. they didn't give me a payment check, the coffee cost 100 kč..I live near a cafe and could come every day, but the first impression is ruined. change employees !

Very rude blonde lady towards the customers. The person in front of me ordered a coffee and asked some extra questions and she started to have a smug face and you can see that she’s annoyed.Avoid this place! Don’t give your money to such a business that doesn’t respect you.

Good place to grab a take away coffee. There are also tables if you would like to stay. This cafe is located in the middle of large hall inside the office building; there is no toilet for customers.

Best orange fresh juice in Prague! Seriously! My mouth is watering right now just by looking at these testimonies. Every time I go to Karlovo Namesti, I need to go to Crosscafe for the orange fresh juice and the banana bread which, by the way, is excellent. I also purchased from here roasted coffee which I kindly asked one of the girls to grind it for me which she did. Thank you Crosscafe for excellent customer service, outstanding orange fresh juice, banana bread and sandwiches! I almost forgot about the exquisite cakes! Yummy, yummy!
