The price is a little bit high. it need 490 (20 euro) for a small kid only to cut hair spend 30 mins, we also wait 30mins even we book appointment in advance. it need only half price in Germany and even the list price on their advisement for child should be 350. I don’t know why it is so expensive but we are tourist so we don’t want to discuss too much.

Great services. Nice and helpful staff. The place is right in the city center, available both by the tram and the underground. Prices are reasonable.

Awful experience, at first I asked if they speak English and they said yes and seemingly they did but then when I was explaining that I want to grow my hair long so I just need a touch up for the sides and back of my hair the hairdresser looked at me in amazement and surprise, she couldn’t understand me so I just told her what to do and the result was ridiculous. she made me look like a clown. She and her colleague were laughing at me and I know because I knw some Czech. Too expensive, too amateur. I wish I had a foto of my look... zero stars.

when you ask the price of a hairstyle know that price is for short hair, without schampoo and without conditioner! So the price you will have to pay will be almost the double. Pay particular attention to the money back, the hairdresser has forgotten" to give me back almost 50 euros! For the haïr style nothing special . I just didn’t accept the money problem. For me it's theft"
