As a foreigner living in Prague, I'm very impressed with this business. I've always had great customer service here. I've never even had an employee speak English to me, but it doesn't matter, because they've always been very patient and considerate (even waiting patiently while I use Google Translate on my phone or struggle with my Czech). They've always gone to great lengths to understand what I need to have done. The service is very quick and super cheap! Highly recommend.

Avoid if you can. The staff is highly unprofessional. Despite they call themselvs DPT, they have troubles printing even standard formarts. For printing two A4, you can wait even up to 15 minutes, and literally nobody cares that you wait.

It is convenient to place an order online, and after a short time pick up at the location. If paying online is cheaper than paying when you pick it up on the spot.

If you tried their print studio down stairs avoid to give your work to the chubby lady with glasses and dark hair.I'm a Graphic Designer and I've been in their studio three times, First n second time were fine, they couldn't speak English well but they tried to help me.Last time I had an magazine to print and they sent me to a rude chubby lady to print my work in the same studio down straits that I have been for previous times.I told her it is a magazine and I went back to her after one hour to pick my print but she didn't print the work in right order and she just rolled the papers and hand it to me, when I ask her stapler it for me, she said they don't have it! when I insist, she went upstairs and did it, but part of it was torn off when she hand it to me, I didn't had enough time to complain, so I left.

I bought from this company a printer cartridge practically not available all over Prague. Convenient on line reservation process, quick reply by email. Convenient location,well served by public transport. Prices higher than average. English language spoken at the personal collection moment.
