The worst delivery service you can get. Please do yourself a favor and dont use it. they wont even try deliver your parcel. Waste of time and money.

Avoid using at all costs. Horrible delivery service. I recently had a package that was supposed to be delivered. They called and I missed the call. It was supposed to be delivered to my work. They didn't even ring the bell. They sent an SMS that the package would be delivered that day at a parcel shop. I went to the parcel shop and the package wasn't there. The shop worker told me it was taken back to the depot to be inspected as it was damaged and that I would get a SMS. I got no messages at all. I tracked my order on Amazon and it told me it was returned. PPL is horrible. They told me nothing about my package and didn't even try.

PPL is great!!!! I live on the fourth floor high, without elevator and I receive 2 cartons of 13 kg each. I am chronicle sick, and I asked the driver if he was willing to bring iT to me four high. No problem at all, without any comments from his side. GREAT GREAT. Finally a company who understand the word service.

worst service ever, i have got email that they could not deliver because they said that i was not home...funny thing i work from home... i called support so they can deliver again...costumer support agent yelled at me because i have foreign number and they can not call foreign numbers so i told him to just ring the bell, after more yelling he told me apparently he cannot ring the bell....i never saw that package.

The worst company I have seen. The staff has input the wrong addresses for two parcels and two jobs in a row. It was a parcel to Germany which costed 1000czk. The wrong address input led to a failed delivery in Germany. They have made a lot of low-level mistakes. People couldn't even input the correct information to their computer system. To resolve the problems, it costed me a fortune. Also, the PPL hotline is super bad. The staff used all the cheap tricks... by saying my phone got a poor signal. or the staff even ended the conversation without saying anything. I deeply regret that I have used the service by PPL. Never ever again.

Never had issues with PPL. Got several shipments from companies like Aboutyou & Zalando, and they’ve delivered them promptly every time. The driver always calls me, and I always receive an email and/or sms on the the day of delivery. I do have a czech number so that is a huge factor in why I always get the call(before I had a foreign number so I know how big of an issue that can be for delivery companies) and I do speak Czech which definitely helps when the delivery guys don’t speak english. They are always friendly towards me and come in the time frame written in the message. Also wanted to mention that my packages have never been damaged or come in bad shape. I’m certain they can make mistakes, but in my experience I have been lucky and am very pleased with them.

I would put zero if I could. Never contacted me, claimed the address was wrong and I didn't provide a telephone number. After a week I called them and they promised to deliver it in two days, the timeframe was supposed to be 1-3 PM,of course nobody call and in the end the parcel was dropped off at pick up place at Holandska. Very bad service, avoid when possible.

the worst post service ever . I had address and number correctly and they did not even attempt to deliver it from the Netherlands to brno . it was written on the website that I agreed on picking it up on the depot but that was a lie . I called the useless customer service twice they said we will send it but NEVER happened . bunch of liars gathered and made a company together .seriously the service is ridiculous . I had to walk 2km after the bus stop to get to the depot which is out of Brno between some farmers and fields!!! no road to walk properly and dangerous highways .!when I showed him my reference number to the guy at the depot, he said that my number is wrong and we don't have these numbers . ridiculous but I got it from the DHL in the Netherlands and I COULD track my package in the ppl website . very unprofessional and he shouted on me almost . never again!!!!!finally when I got my package home, which was heavy ... it was damaged . we do not forget this and filed a complaint in the Netherlands .Ppl, consider closing this service , cuz this is useless ! :/

I'd put -10 (minus ten) if I could ! Just don't use PPL!!! Czechs are well known with their logistic services, but PPL becomes even worse then the legendary Ceska Posta! They don't care, they are not considering your time. Had to wait 4 day for a delivery, every day getting just an sms we'll deliver it between 12 and 14". And when I asked on the third day

Worst shipping company I ever seen the driver called me and he didn't speak English so he cancelled the delivery and wrote unavailable addresses, and supose they deliver it the following day as they will have a English speaking driver, but they said we don't have enough driver it will be Monday and I am still waiting for it hope they will not break it.
