Very good service onboard! I definitely recommend it.

I bought a ticket in the train and I paid by a banking card. After 5min, the steward told me that the payment was not successful (but my account was credited) and I had to pay again by cash, card payment would be returned within 5 days. It is more than one week, and still no refund of card payment. I paid twice per one way.

Fast service at reception and ticket desks, perfect bus timetable, comfortable buses with great service onboard (drinks, wifi, movies, music).

Service has seriously declined. Entertainment system down half of the trip. Over an hour to get ordered catering. Under staffed. Staff doesn’t enforce compliance with COVID rules with several people not wearing masks. Problems with using Airpay in the app. Time to move back Ceske dray? And in the end the food never came. They said the order via the app didn’t come through but I received email confirmation of the payment and money was taken from my account. Stewardess claiming I will get the money on account in two weeks. And she is carrying a payment terminal in her pocket. Just bring me the damn food and use your payment terminal in your pocket.

Best and most affordable way to travel from Czech Republic to any European country or even within Czech Republic.

On todays bus 20:30 Brmo-Vienna a stewardess did not allow a passenger with her assistant dog to get on the bus. You should inform your staff way better! Interrdting that the same paddenger dis manage to get on the 20:40 bus going to vienna.

It happened in Na Knížecí.Empty seats right before departure are owned by passengers except asian people. In spite of our early arrival and long time waiting, We were pushed back. It looks like racism. Czechia image goes down. I will never go to Czech again.
