Wide selection of sortiment, I miss some brands though e.g. Arai and also some items available in eshop.Helpful staff, although I have a tip for blond/gray haired woman (on web page seems this is Zuzka") - do not comment on what customer is wearing while shopping. If I like to go in sneakers given day I do so and this is none of your business. Inappropriate comment "když přijdete o prsty..." should cost you a bonus at least! You deducted some stars from this rating..."

Not for this store in particular but their customer service is bonkers. Not so sure what is happening with their stock as well but it is simply impossible to find the right size either in their shops or online. Moreover, impossible to get a refund. Would leave zero stars if I could. We used to shop at BikersCrown and never had such troubles but this year it is horrible :(

Very nice staff. Jitka helped us to choose the straps for the bike, as well as to secure the bike inside of the van. She spent at least an hour helping us and when it was time to pay, she refused to take any tips for the help, which was kind of shocking, but in a positive way. 11/10, I can recommend them.

Incredible staff!The seller is a girl with blond hair, who rides a motorcycle in a Shoei helmet — super polite and patient to a novice motorcyclist who asks a lot of questions. She helped with everything, explained in a simple language! The most pleasant emotions from the store
