They have different fish, sometimes good sometimes bad, you need to check. We bought once, it was not bad but not the best. This was second visit of mine to this place.I am always looking for fish from sea not farm. Today it was challenging to find it since they didn't have so many options. But this was not the case! The young lady who was serving was really treating bad to me! Why? I think the reason was 'not speaking Czech' or it was her constant mood which is worse! She was doing some angry noises, some signs, she didn't give any change to me to look what they have currently. So Well, really bad customer service...

They've changed their staff, which incredibly worsened their service to the lowest level - a person at the counter is doing two jobs (preparing food for online takeaways as well as servicing the walking-in clients), that type of cheap service attitude which I call jack of all trades

Twice ordered via Wolt, today decided to come to the place.Food: Always very fresh and tasty. We had BBQ Dorada, Calamares, Shrimps, every time super tasty.Service: Very polite (and speak English)For sure we will come back!

Excellent seafood, fresh well prepared and great bistro atmosphere recommend to everyone who loves seafood and the caviar was unbelievable. Highly recommended.

I was love this place, and returned there for a several time. But since yesterday it's became horrible. I came there yesterday and ordered soup for taking away. Woman who worked yesterday put her finger inside the pot at the cooker and touched the soup to estimate, is it warm enough or not! With her finger! After acceptance the cash by these hands, and maybe after something else. She worked without gloves. On my question what she doing and is it normal, she answered nothing, just continuing to wait when the soup will be ready to put it in the boxes.Its really shame and disapointment..I am not recommend this place anymore

This store is selling very fresh and high quality products. Hygienic conditions of the store are at the high level. Very helpful and sincerely smiling personnel. My only address for fish and sea food in Prague.
