The best eyebrows I ever had! :) the service is excellent.

Horrible experience! I booked a nail appointment for my best friend who was in town. We arrived and they claimed we didn’t have an appointment. Closed the door on us. We ended up knocking on the door again to show our reservation. They then let us inside and we found that the person who was scheduled to do his nails wasn’t even there. It is also not English friendly even though in the notes section we specified that he only speaks English. We will never come back due to the lack of professionalism. The brunette woman at the nail counter was particularly rude.A few hours later we received a phone call. They claimed they called him the following day to confirm. That is not true and frankly not taking responsibility.
