Serviceminded staff in giftshop. Terrible guide!! He was mecanical and not interested. Maby not so strange, with a mix group of allmoust 50 (!) persons.. We learned more about the brewery from our driver...

Bought a t-shirt, got back to Prague where we are staying and found T-Shirt for 329Ck has a small hole in the front, not noticed at time of purchase. Not worth fare back to Plzen to exchange so tried ringing shop. However they clearly can't be bothered as they answer and replace receiver (ie hang up) immediately. Very poor customer service. Check items carefully before you buy. Disappointing.

Great place to buy souvenirs and other collectibles. Prices compared to places in prague were very reasonable if not cheaper. They have a wide selection in the gift shop from glasses to bottle openers to shirts, you name it. Also go on the 1 hour tour it was great and worth the $.

A bit too pricey for what is essentially a comercial on your clothes. However the staff is professional and can put together german, english, and czech support.

Usual gift shop, you can get here everything you expect to be able to be bought here. Everything in connection with Pilsner Urquell, beer (of course), glasses, clothes, football, etc. Very polite sellers.

Good choice of Pilsner related souvenirs and stuff, unfortunately they close right when the last tour finishes so if you are there for the last evening tour (17:30) don't forget to visit the store before your tour starts

Found the items mainly t-shirts, jackets and caps in different colours. Not as extensive as the souvenis sold at The Heineken Experience in Amsterdam, but okay if you like their brand.

The shop was great but we received the worst customer service ever. The old lady by the tills should not be working customers. We have spend quite a lot of money in the store and just wanted to wrap our glass souvenirs with extra paper and she refused to wrap them in an extra paper and being rude and making faces. We love the beer but you have train your staff to give better customer service.
