Great place if you're looking for a nice pub with food. A few local beers available. Good food. Decent prices. Would be perfect for large company beer rout. Don't expect much from service. Check ahead if card payment is available on the very day.

They have live beer and it was really great. The food was amazing and the service was really good. We went with our family on our first night in Prague and everyone loved it there. They also have vegetarian options if you don’t want to eat meat. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Next time I come to Prague I’m definitely going to this restaurant again. The Spicy Beef Goulash, the Burger, the pork Ribs and the Risotto are really good!

Fantastic spot for great fresh beer and decent grub, too! We arrived around lunchtime and unfortunately there were no free tables but it looked so cosy… we went across the road and had a terrible experience so came back here a few hours later and luckily got a table. The beer is delicious and the food, too. We ate beef tartare and potato chips which were a cross between crisps and chips- hot and some soft and some crispy. I never ate something like this before but they were so good I will try and make them at home. Our waitress is so friendly and kind which is a nice refreshment after the grumpy guy in the restaurant across the road. Happy to sit here for a few hours eating and drinking! I’d recommend to anyone looking for authentic beer and local food with a lovely and warm atmosphere.

If you like beer and wish to try something special, this is exactly the place you need. They brew their beer, this is a different experience than drinking commercial beer everyone proposes. I have not had a chance to try the food, but the beer is definitely worth to try.

Delicious food and nice beer before we paid. They forced us to pay by cash and add tips. And we denied and their attitude became very rude.

I drunk here the best beer in Prague as a tourist. The svetly special (lager) is truly amazing. Definitely try it. I liked the food, the atmosphere, the style, the pictures on the wall, really everything.

The restaurant doesn’t accept card payment however it does accept euros. That is because they make up their own rates.The bill I received today was 795CZK which converted to euros, as it is today, it should be somewhere between 32-33€. Nonetheless, the owner took out a calculator, typed some numbers very quick (so I didn’t have a chance to see the ratio he was using) and pointed to “38.5€”.Despite this issue, the food itself was actually quite good, and the staff was nice.

The server was extremely helpful and recommended an excellent beer for us. She also helped us get a table even when they were pretty full. The food was delicious and hearty with big portion sizes. As a bonus, the music was almost entirely Lady Gaga. I'd come back to Prague just to go back to this restaurant.
