They helped me to fix some malfunctions in the Skoda Connect system for free. They installed parking sensors on our Fabia 4. It was the first such work on Fabia 4 in this service but they were really helpful and they talked to the distributor about how it would work in advance to make sure everything will be the same as how it is installed in the Skoda factory and also gave price estimation. They followed the installation manual and finally they installed the parking system to the infotainment system. Because the sensors arrived without painting from Skoda, they painted the sensors with the car's colour. I am so delighted I found them and I can leave the car with them without stressing about what they do with the car.

Expensive service with additional work done not requested or approved. No reserve car available although ordered. Disinterested and unfriendly staff. Not recommended

Byla jsem věrný zákazník a platila jak mourovata. Po poslední servisní prohlídce mi vrátili auto s tím, že je vše zcela v pořádku. Dva dny na to jsem se dozvěděla, že mám brzdové kotouče tak v haji, že by auto neprošlo technickou. To chcete! Reklamaci jsem ničeho nedosáhla. Legerova never more.

Drahý ale kvalitní servis na škodovky.

So far so good. The only weird thing is that they are willing to sell you a car during the winter with summer tyres without any issue. And of course they are willing to make an insurance for you knowing, that in case of accident with summer tyres the insurance does not apply.

Incredibly bad service. Delays and they returned the car with unfinished work finding excuses. Unacceptable.
