Not good at all , swimming pool was freezing , then the pearl bath was so uncomfortable, then we got massages and my mam got a man which made her feelUncomfortable, I had a woman and I was crying on the massage bed as she was going way too hard and actually hurt my shoulder , wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t be back

It's not a bad place for a sauna and a little swim. Not many people when I went there but the problem is, it's quite cold inside. I am not sure if it's suppose to be like that but with children they couldn't be out of the water long as they got really cold

It looks like a nice historical building from the outside though it can use a bit of facelift but the treatment rooms remind me of hospital rooms and the employees wore orderly scrubs. The pearl bath and foot reflex massages were relaxing, the employees and front desk were pleasant and professional.

It was a great experience and for a very good price - if you are looking for a fancy spa, that's not your place. We paid like 8€ for 2 hours and we used swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna - just like standard ones in public swimming facilities - and it was great. It was warm, clean and quite empty, so we loved it and would definitely be back!

The spa treatments are ok, the only problem is that you have to pay separatelly for the pool and you can't enter in the pool area and after to go to the spa treatments and to return to the pool without paying again the pool tax. And I haven't found this information on the website. The staff is nice.

The pool itself is really nothing fancy inside. There's a hot tub with bubbles which is comfortably warm but not exactly hot, a 4 lane 25m pool and another relatively warm pool. The changing rooms are pretty bare and there's no cabins (at least not in the men's changing rooms).I probably would not have paid the fee but it was free as part of the Carlovy Vary Card so in that regard it was a good visit.

Excellent place to have a rest and relax. Men and women saunas and steams are divided. There are pools for relaxing and for children. Safe for small kids

Not happy experience with foot massage therapist. I was appalled at her rudeness. But the receptionist was very nice. Meanwhile I will never comeback again. No apology accepted at all !!

It is a nice building in the beautiful area. It would help if it goes under the reconstruction.

I visited to try an “Indian” head massage and had requested in my order extra time for neck and shoulders.I requested an appointment through their website, which is possibly better in the desktop version - the mobile view isn’t very good. You fill out a request and will receive an automated confirmation of your order. I wasn’t sure, so I replied “confirmed” to the email.Later, I received a direct email offering an appointment time which I replied to accept. No other communication followed, so I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and hoped it had been scheduled. It had been. Reception was friendly and straightforward. I paid with a card and was directed down the appropriate hallway. I only waited a few moments before being shown in. The room was sadly outdated, but clean. I was a bit disconcerted that the chair provided was just a regular chair and not a massage chair. I had to sit upright for the procedure, which I did not expect, and it felt a bit awkward.I arrived wearing a tank top, no jewelry, and with clean hair and face, assuming she would have her hands in my hair and possibly massaging my ears and face. And yes, no makeup, hair products or earrings is best. She not only kneaded my scalp and gently tugged at my hair, but rubbed my temples, around the eye orbitals and brows, and massaged my ears. Unfortunately, she didn’t spend much time on my neck and shoulders, which I had specifically written in my appointment request. I didn’t say anything since I expected her to move back to my neck and shoulders after finishing with my scalp. But she said “finished” instead.I would have enjoyed it more if done seated in a massage chair opposed to a regular upright chair and had the time spent on the areas I had asked for. The procedure was relaxing more than therapeutic for me. It would feel nice if you are actively having a headache and can go lie down immediately after, but otherwise, for chronic neck and shoulder tension, a regular massage would be more effective. The head massage is 560. A partial classical massage is 450. Next time, I’ll opt for the latter.
