Refused to conduct very easy repair (just to glue the outside parts of phone) because the model is not one of the brands listed in the place. The phone's model does not matter for this type of repair. Had impression like the man behind the counter just wanted to get rid off me because I did not speak fluent Czech. Not recommending.

Samsung Galaxy S7 display repair - after the repair was done, I got a scratched display plus they damaged the fingerprint sensor both of which I had to deal with elsewhere. On top of tht the wireless charging did not work as the internal connector was disconnected and the camera cover was unprofessionaly re-used because they broke the back glass panel (I got a back panel with someone else's IMEI). The phone, which has an IP68 rating, was not repaired using the original adhesive, but rather a double sided tape on certain spots. This did not work of course and the phone came apart right on the way home...This is an unprofessional company, I'd stay the hell away from it...-----Výměna displeje Samsung Galaxy S7 - po opravě jsem dostal poškrábaný telefon a navíc poškrábali i čtečku otisku prstu, což jsem následně musel řešit jinde. Mimo to nefungovalo bezdrátové nabíjení, protože technik nepřipojil konektor uvnitř telefonu a kryt kamery byl neodborně vlepen do zadního skla, které zlomili (já jsem dostal kryt s nějakým cizím IMEI). Oprava telefonu s ochranou IP68 proběhla místo originálního lepidla jen oboustrannou lepící páskou. což samozřejmě nefungovalo, telefon se rozpadl ještě cestou domů.Servis je tedy naprosto nedůvěryhodný a rozhodně bych od něj dal ruce pryč, za mě podvodníci...

Always pickup your goods only when you have confirmation mail with a code from your delivery company. Very good service located right next to metro Krizikova. Highly recommended for all Mall.cz customers.
