I was going to visit this barbershop for the 5th time today and my previous positive experience has been absolutely destroyed by poor time management. I had an appointment for 11:45 and arrived on time. There was a different master today (I made a reservation the day before). When I arrived he was still finishing with another client and asked me to wait for a couple of minutes. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes which is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful to the client's time.I'm very upset with the fact that an amazing place where I was getting great service for several months demonstrates this attitude. I was actually promoting u Břitvy to a lot of colleagues of mine. Never gonna happen again

I was there two weeks ago. Thought about writing a feedback a lot but I didn't want to be mean, but today after finding that hair around my ears are quite long really tipped me off. Got a new guy and paid full price for him. That person was more interested in constat talk about something than actually cutting my hair. I got through it thinking that he will manage, while I was just hoping for the end. I am up for that everyone can make a mistake, but this was really unprofessional and careless. I guess other guys are okay, if you go there make sure you know who is doing your hair.

Went to this barber when I lived in Prague. Very kind people, speak English, very professional. Always gave me tips on new hair styles and loved coming back each time. Definitely recommend

Professional barbershop that I visit regularly. It has a really cool atmosphere, friendly stuff, good prices, and a good-quality haircut. I have a good experience with barber Jakub Pasko who is very professional, pedantic, and I always have a good chat with him. I can recommend this barbershop to anyone.

Great service, very professional. Good, informal atmosphere. Great coffee as well. Better to book in advance. I hope that Covid won't affect the ability of this business to carry on. They are one of the best barber shops I've ever used (globally ;-).
