Efficient and professional place with adequate security to do business at ACS (American Citizen Services) with dedicated well marked entrance.U.S. Passport renewal in Prague is a breeze here. I suggest to prepare required paperwork online before coming in so that you are in and out in less than 10 minutes. Some services require an appointment.The usual polite staff at all locations including the security checkpoint.

I was staying here in a hotel that is very cozy and pleasant. The breakfast was very tasty. The staff is very pleasant and helped me in everything. The restaurant is cozy, beautiful and the food is very good, especially Czech classics. Definitely 5/5 and recommend.

I have been trying to contact the embassy all day. I had a stroke here 3 years ago and could not leave because of COVID. I and my husband would like to go home. I can't fly without a special shot because I am at risk for pulmonary thrombosis. My number is 728639457. If someone from the embassy sees this call me. Today as in now. Emails to you go unanswered. Moira Croley. I was able to get ahold of the state department in the US but the connection is bad.

Some staff are extremely rude. When you have an appointment, don’t count on being taken on time. You need about 2 hours to get sorted out.

We had to process an american passport on short notice. It was considerably fast compared to other processing places. People were nice. No photos aloud and all electronics must be turned off and handed in.

The process of getting the tourist visa was fast and easy at the Embassy but picking up the visa is a pain. They collaborate with Messenger that is located so far in Prague 19, you need 2 hours to go there and back. I recommend to improve the pick-up option, would make a much better experience to have a pick-up point (or more points) that is easier to reach.

Went to go mail my absentee ballot as an American citizen with that right and practically got harassed by the security guard outside. I went to open the door to enter the building and he SCREAMED at me and questioned me what I was doing there, not to touch anything, and I had to answer like 5 questions before he let me in. If you’re so concerned check my ID then, but no he didn’t ask for that at all, just tried to scare me by yelling at me. Maybe you should just be nice instead, no wonder your citizens don’t want to return home
