Red and Blue design hotel Prague

I have stayed in this hotel before. However, lately while booking for a friend, I double booked rooms that I was charged for almost USD 1000. I immediately informed the website through which the booking was made. However the hotel declined to cooperate siting policy".I went personally in the hotel where I was met by very unprofessional and rude staff who kind of even made fun of the situation and refused to call the manager.Police arrived after an hour when I called and said they could not do anything except for me to file complaint.I am currently following up to reach the legal team. This is unfortunately another example of ripping off travelers in Prague with full immunity from being punished. No protection for clients."

OK let me start by saying this place is very clean. Like spotless clean. Our room was on the top floor so was nice and warm. So warm we found our self's sleeping with the window open at -10 outside. Staff was grand. I booked a taxi with them and it was there when requested. Only thing negitive I can say about the staff was I felt I was an inconvenience asking for a drink from the bar. All in all its a great hotel for the price however don't think you are near the main tourist areas in Prague because your not. Looking at 30 minute walk at best. For the price would recommend

It’s an excellent option for long stays in Prague. They have an excellent service, even advancing my check in and keeping my luggage for several hours without any cost. The staff is very attentive and respectful.The rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities to have a confortable day. I loved the bathtub and the tea they left as a gift.I’m sure I’ll be back here.

Excellent hotel for the family, true four star. It had all the facilities we needed in a quiet location, close to the city center. Very clean premises along with great service. The breakfast consists of quality and fabulous choices. Definitely a great choice for business and/or pleasure!

Updated- I want to thank the management as they found our luggage and were very professional. The made sure every item was found and had no other issues1st reviewStanding in reception as I type. Be aware to hand in your bags. We left three bags and only 2 were returned. The 1 missing bag has cash, passports, electronics etc.They cannot find it even though it was left in a secure cupboard behind the desk.

Nice and calm hotel in the city centre of Prague. Weird to pay 1000 Kc deposit for empty minibar though.

A very good hotel near to the historic center of Prague. The rooms are vast, clean and comfy. Despite being located on a street with car trafic, the windows don't let pass any sound from the outside. The breakfast has warm and cold options. The only negative points is that the staff doesn't talk English very well and that there is no restaurant.
