Super parkovanie, využili sme už dva krát a využijeme aj na budúce

The garage is very modern, it's not like any original/ traditional parking garage which I love that.But what made me disappointed was the guy working at the place. This was my first time in Prague and I did book my parking through Mr.PARKIT. I came and rang the bell, first, it was okay because the receptionist seems very nice and calm. But when I finally met him he was very rude to my dad and a friend of mine( I have 2 cars reserved). It was our first-time park in a garage like this and he didn't give us any clear instructions instead of just being grumpy and extremely rude!!!! We needed only 1 minute to get all our stuff out but he gave us such a hard time. He kept saying faster and I don't have time. I understand that he might be busy but it's his job to show us what to do and how to. On the second day of parking there it was even worst! His attitude was even ruder towards my dad. He rolled his eyes and say something in his own language?? And to be more specific, he is the guy with a bald head, average height, wearing glasses and extremely grumpy face!For sure I will never be coming back to this place!

Die Garage ist sehr modern und liegt in mitten der Stadt, mein Auto wurde gut aufgehoben und habe ich auch gut behalten wieder bekommen.Aber: beim ankommen haben wir geläutet und nach ca 15min ist sehr mürrisch ein Angestellter gekommen der uns nur anschnauzte dass wir warten sollen dann haben wir das Auto abgestellt und als wir zum Hotel aufbrechen wollten bemerkte ich dass ich noch eine Tasche vergessen hat.Auf die Frage bin ob wir nochmal kurz zu unsren Auto können wurden wir (auf tschechisch) verflucht und sehr widerwillig durften wir nochmals kurz zum Auto.Garage 5 sterneAngestellte -5 sterne

A very modern garage to keep your vehicle safe. The lady that works there is very nice and helpful.HOWEVER, just like how the other reviewers have written. Mr. Peter (idk if I spelled that correctly) have my wife and I’s minds-blown along with our baby.He is extremely rude and unapologetic about it either.We forgot our baby’s bag in our vehicle and had to ask to get it before leaving the garage after we have closed it.Like a good tourist I greeted him with a smile and ask to get the bag from the vehicle.Mr. Peter replied with, “Do not smile, it is not funny”. I then explained that I did not think it was funny and felt sorry for the hassle but he still did not budge and said “then stop smiling”.We initially thought he was joking but his rudeness continued with the whole conversation.That’s when my wife insisted that he should be a bit nicer since he works at a customer service/reception.He then eyes and continued to be rude.My wife then explained that it is completely normal to forget things in a hurry and asked if he ever have forgotten things before.Mr. Peter replied that he never forgets things…. like EVER!That’s when we figured that trying to turn a conversation into a semi-civil one isn’t gonna go anywhere.We were just shocked on how rude he was. I can honestly say that I have never met someone as disrespectful as him. That’s speaking from experience and I have been in so many different countries/cities. But Mr. Peter will sure be someone to remember… how rude he was.Anyway, this is a garage that advertises unlimited access to your vehicle but rather makes you feel such a hassle when you do want to access your vehicle.He even had the audacity to say “Have a good day” in the most sarcastic way.Then again, I can only recommend this place as I do not want one bad employee to ruin the other since the lady that works with him is the exact opposite of how he is.Lady +5Mr. Peter (bald head with glasses) -5
