Incompetent customer service.Wheels from the pilot bag damaged after 3 months. Claim rejected, because it's my fault that I used the bag inappriopriately (read - taking it to work twice a week).Zipper broken, didn't even try to fix it, neither wrote anything about it.Last time, that I bought smth from them. Next time try Wittchen people, they changed the wheels in my previous bag in no time.Good luck with your customer service.

I do not recommend this supplier. Every contact regarding purchasing Garmin products in Poland is absolute disaster, there is no answers, no offerings despite of usually several recalls and deadline promises.It hasn’t changed for last 2 years.
