I booked my first trail for a workout with Betty at F45 and I highly recommend this place! Tough HIIT, when I am back in town, I will go there again :-)

So nice to receive such excellent customer service here in the centre as it can be a bit of a rarity!Both Sandra and Jakub were so very friendly and welcoming. Sandra did an amazing Job of explaining the concept and was patient with my (many) questions. Highly recommendedAn update now having tried this amazing concept, so looking forward to getting fit again within a super friendly and encouraging environment. Can’t imagine why other gyms are even open still, this knock socks off anything I’ve ever tried. Do it, you won’t be disappointed. Update with weight loss this week...almost 2 weeks in

Fun, effective, very nice trainers, not boring and 45 min fly by super fast.

Best workout experience. Don’t be afraid. Everyone speaks English and is super supportive and non judgmental. I couldn’t recommend it more !!!!

Trainers were very friendly and accommodating!! Wasn't a bad experience at all at a foreign place!! 2 weeks trial was definitely worth it
