It's sad when a company hires unmotivated employees. It's no wonder the store is empty when the staff has terrible attitudes and isn't interested in selling the products. Would you be able to teach them what sustainability means? As I asked about recycling my old Samsung laptop, his first question was Do you want to sell it?" Really? Thank you. It's not the best store I've been to. I rate it 0 out of 10 and it is located in the center of the city."

Very helpful staff and always willing to help. Unfortunately samsung practises have become non-customer friendly. A screen protector should not cost 699 czk and not fit the screen/lift in a week. Then told this is to be expected and to replace when actually and issue" it will cost an additional 100czk.I can buy 3 top rated screen protectors that fit perfectly and don't lift for 250czk.....I understand the staff are limited in action but this is simply unacceptable practise

[Update] 3 stars:I came one week later, talked with someone I assume its the manager and the problem was solved right away1 star:Apparently items bought in the store cannot be returned... thats a first.The solution found was come next week when our manager comes from holidays"..."

Really helpful staff here at this store. Came in with my brother to have a look around and buy new phone cases. Staff offered various cases and we ended up walking away with two new ones. Lots of tech like phones and watches on offer too. Really enjoyed my visit.

Superb service from this branch of Samsung. All problems with my pad sorted in 20 minutes. All credit to Petr Vesely, who resolved the difficulties the unit was giving me.

Impeccable customer service. I was greeted within just a moment of entering the store (unlike two other locations I had visited, who left me standing until I decided to go elsewhere). The young man who helped me was both swift, knowledgeable, and respectful; he offered a few practical options and upgrades, and even helped me locate a small discount. He had me up and running and out the door with my purchase in under thirty minutes. Overall, a very helpful and pleasant transaction. You've won a loyal customer!

The store has good variety. But dated phone for 1000 EUR? And super dated for 750 EUR? Can get those for half price in other EU countries. Nobody offered me help by the way.
