On the other day I have been to Zara and I can't help but compliment the service, that the workers provide. There was this young lady with blonde hair and a rainbow ribbon badge, she helped me to choose a blouse. And i felt like she really cares if i leave satisfied. I don't know...it just seemed super nice. You guys are the best

I encountered a problem that wasted time waiting for online pickup point. Because they can take orders one at a time. which is different from other Zara and if the customer queues before you encounter problems It will make time lag even more. Employees take orders one by one and walk in and out. Wasting a lot of time waiting!!!!
