Not recommend to use the services of these princesses!!We ordered delivery for 11 boxes with different weight and paid for it 900 eur, it was confirmed by them and all labels were printed. The x day the guy appeared and straight from the phone call was like oh

UPS just specified that they have wrong address at 18:49, out of working hours, and waited for address clarification. The next day when I reached them, they told me that they can’t deliver the same, as it was Friday the earliest they can deliver my package is Monday . I asked can I get it from warehouse and the answer was the same.UPS why don’t you have expedited process to pick up from the warehouse? You have customer service and warehouse next to each other

The UPS in Tuchomerice Czech Republic is the worst service ever experienced.Despite the label contains the right address and the mobile number, the parcels are always blocked for days/weeks with the reason “unknown address” and nobody tries to be in contact.I had several parcels from Italy to Prague and always the same situation.The customer service doesn’t help as they are in another country and cannot do much, when I’ve been in contact with them they just acknowledge that the address is correct and a new delivery would be attempted.It is impossible to contact the driver and they don’t leave any “info notice” at the address so it is also impossible to modify in the UPS website the delivery or to organize a pick up of the parcel.

I ordered something from Amazon UK and it's almost a month later and it's very difficult to reach UPS and I ordered express delivery. And I have managed to finally reach UPS and I have yet to hear from them. I ordered it on the 4th of January. And I still haven't heard from UPS they failed on the first attempt because Amazon messed up the address. it's almost the 1st of February.

Delivery at tuesday, delivery at friday. Third man on info told me, that the package didnt even leave depo in Tuchoměřice and he also told me, that would be better for me, that i will pick up the delivery myself.Personal customer pages are total mess.All information about delivery are useless.

UPS might be good company outside of Czech but it's a complete mess over here, the other reviews are spot on so I'm not going to repeat the same thing other people said, honestly surprised this company didn't go bankcrupt yet...

Called 4 times, for both the Czech and English line. After 10 minutes of waiting, someone picked up and immediately hung up. Reminds me of the times here in the 90s! Then called the Czech line and waited....no answer whatsoever.They always say my address is wrong on the tracking. It's not. Nobody rings the bell or even tries to call. Pathetic service.

I have no idea why Amazon is still using them in Czech Republic.They are lying in broad daylight saying unable to locate the address" all the time. Maybe start using Google maps and leave your paper maps from WW2 on the table next time.Today I received a message from them saying attempted delivery today at 16:04

Does not have a location to ship from and no packaging supplies! The Ups website Wasted my time. The security guards were helpful

Most degenerate system you could ever encounter. If there is an address mistake made by sender but you have a tracking code and want to update the data, you are only allowed to do that after receiving Non-delivery paper notice to that wrong address.
