Consistently rude, disrespectful, and even obnoxious. Problem-solving culture -- zero. Customer service -- zero. Have complained in person in Czech to no avail. Would rather travel to a faraway Lidl which might not have the selection, but where the staff is pleasant. Albert has been struck off.

Nothing special. The only one place in Olomouc where you can find sauce holandaise. The staff is as usual very rude but sometimes there is some good person.

It's really good suppermarket. Under one roof, everything available. And easy to shopping. Sometime they don't have enough billing centers. So happen to stay long time.

Its easy access to groceries for us living in Generala Sovobody but its definitely more expensive and lesser choices. Also not very English friendly, even the price tags are in Czech. They can at least put the price tags in English

Supermarket in the mall. Lots of selection. Very nice meat counter with friendly people helping. Able to find sodas and cereals I like to. Smaller selection of cosmetics and bath supplies but still pretty good. Enjoyed several types of cheese and a decent bakery as well. Despite being in the mall prices are still reasonable. They do get very busy. The isle can get cramped and bump into people. The checkout experience could use some work seems like several are closed despite long lines. Self checkout works better the attendant is pretty quick to help.

i don't mind the long lines but i mind the blonde middle-aged employee at the self checkout telling me that the checkout machine is giving me an error because im trying to steal half a kilo of grapes when in reality it isnt giving me any error message. i though of giving her the chocolate i bought for my grandma just so that she would be a little less of a bully
