Food and drink very expensive, obviously paying for the beautiful location. Staff great until they asked me if I enjoyed the meal which I had hardly touched. Told the waiter it was not nice but he did not address this . When the bill came I was again asked if I had enjoyed it, Said starters were great and my husband enjoyed his main but when I complained about mine they were very defensive stating the main I had ordered was the most popular on the menu. It might be but my pasta was dry, I like al dente but parts were not cooked, chicken was dry and the mushrooms were slimy. I was told that’s how the mushrooms are supposed to be!!!!! I like porcini mushrooms but these were not good and said they were obviously past there best. Asked them to take it off my bill as I did not eat it and after they refused I did not pay the service charge at 15% approx £20. Great location, bad food and very bad customer service.

We came one night and our order was wrong. The manager was fantastic. We came again the next day with our kids and the manager remembered us and we had tremendous service. The view of the clock is perfection. Fun atmosphere and the pasta with chicken, mushrooms, and garlic sauce is heaven! Also, keep in mind you’re paying extra for the amazing location. Can you find less expensive places to eat? Absolutely. Can you find some thing with a better view? Not really.

Loved it here, surprised to see some bad reviews. The location is great, right by the main square near the clock, great place to sit outside and people watch (they have outdoor heating). The staff were friendly and attentive, food was good (bratwurst sausage and risotto) and service was quick. Reasonably priced considering the central location (£40 for two meals and one large and one small beer). Inside the restaurant looked lovely but much better to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere.

SCAM! Dont go to this restaurant!This restaurant is famous for scamming guests. First they put 10% service fee on top of the bill. Then they will add another 12.5% for tip.They do all this without even asking and are trying to make you pay Quick and stress you.

Deserves 0 stars. Impatient and rude staff. We were served a different drink than ordered, the salad I had ordered was brown (which they claimed was because of the high temperature inside). As others have already stated, they also add a mandatory tip of 12% — on top of their already expensive menu (60€ for three standard drinks, a sandwich and a rotten salad!). Prices are not accurate to what is listed. Incredibly crowded with small amounts of space between tables. Overall just a scam & tourist trap.

Not as bad as all the reviews say. Prices were on par with the other restaurants in the square. Food was good. I did order a gin and tonic and was not sure if there was any gin in it - tasted mostly like tonic. Service was fine. They do add 12.5% to the bill for a tip. One of my photos is a QR code to their menu. The best thing about this menu is the location. It is right across from the clock tower.

We stopped here to have a couple of drinks. The prices are double than those at other places in downtown. We thought it was okey for a view. I asked also a cup of hot water to mix a cold drink because of throat ache. The bill came for 20 euros for a small beer and a glass of wine. In the bill they charged for water as for tea 6 euros! Stay away from this place, the waiters are scammers!

Again just another bar out of popularity but there is nothing really special. Another note: tip is something you earn for your service. You do not get to indicate on the check and recommend how much someone shall leave!

the employee was very rude. we were there for only one beer for about 10 minutes, but the number of unpleasant situations was several. not to mention throwing my payment card. there were three waiters and three were men and every single one of them was very, very unpleasant. I regret going in there. personally I don't go where they don't want me this time I don't know why but I stayed and gave them a chance after being treated badly at the very beginning. ... today I regret that I left my money there. such restaurants should have 0 customers and be closed to give the opportunity to open up to nicer and kinder people. If you are scared of tourists then don't open a restaurant in the very center of Prague!!!
