I was wanted to see and feel the drones, they have all the products available to view & they speak English. The guys are very helpful, they test all of the product that come into the store so they will have most of the answers you might have.

Nice store design. Nice products that they sell. Awful service. I specifically came to by a drone, but I had to help myself as staff was just looking for reasons not to assist me properly. It appeared that they cannot unbox a drone for you that you buy at their store. First, they said you have to wait at least 2 hours to get it read . Ok... I was ready to wait, but then they said unboxing is a paid service. All I wanted is to check if everything is in working condition since I was leaving Prague the next day. Well, it took me 45 min to do everything when I got back to the hotel. Service was very unprofessional.
