Beautiful place for hiking and enjoying the nature within a sand stone region.

If someone asked me what is my favorite place in Czechia that is about nature, I would 100 % say that it's this one. Beautiful hills with very nice views. I love all those rocks and trees that are so monumental and take you up to the skies.Too bad that the park burned down the last summer. Fingers crossed that the nature and the trees regenerate over the next few years over. I would love to return to the place and explore even more than what is currently available for the tourists.

Its exceptionally good...the trek roads well maintained, the area preserved. Its great to have this near to me. We need more time to explore the area. The forest fire has literally finished the mountains but nature is rejuvenating itself and its great to see that...

Beautiful views from the peak. We took a private tour from Prague, this is advisable if you are really interested to go around the places.Very long hike to the top, might be little bit tough for beginners. When you reach the top you will be amazed with the views. There is toilets but only on the top. seems like a 5 KM hike to reach the top. but due the forest fire last year it is not scenic and as beautiful as you see in pictures. I was slightly disappointed because it is not scenic as per the expectation.

Incredible national park! Maybe even more special - although also sad - after the forest fire of summer 2022. By now (May 2023) the most essential spots have reopened and I would definitely recommend a visit. Before you go, do check all the information about availability of attractions, parking and transport online, as some things may still be affected by the closing due to the fire earlier and the latest information is on their website (also in English or German).
