Bohemia Adventures

In December 2022 we did the winter hike around the Tisá Rocks and Bastei Bridge. It had snowed the the night before and we had blue skies and sunshine, so picture perfect conditions!It was a very long day, 13+ hours in the end, but the nature was absolutely stunning!

The trip was amazing from all points of view. Ash, our guide, picked us up from our hotel. He brought his dog, Benji, who was so friendly and playful and made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The views were beautiful, we stopped to rest and take photos along the way.Ash was very knowledgeable, helped us connect with nature and told us stories about his incredible experiences.The hikes themselves were easy for us as inexperienced hikers.Definitely worth going on this trip if you are visiting Prague.

We did the top highlights of the Bohemian Switzerland national park. Amazing tour, we really enjoyed ourselves. The hike is nice and the arch was beautiful. The best part was definitely the saxson area, one of a kind scenic views.Ashe is an amazing guy, very communicative and did everything to make sure everyone is having fun.We had a very high pace group and sometimes it felt like we are running, so I recommend to gives a heads up if you are more of a slow pace walker.

My day with Bohemia Adventures was one of the best days of my entire group. My tour guide Mirek was amazing and was so proud and happy to share things about his culture such as food, the language and what there is to do around the country and just made just great conversation and humour throughout. He also would happily help take pictures of you near the landmarks and did a damn good job of it, as well he knew the best locations to take photos of each landmark we visited.The group I was with were an amazing group of people, it didn't feel like any tour group but honestly like a day out with a group of friends after half of the day had passed. If you come to Czechia, you need to have a day out with Bohemia Adventures.

Great experience all around (we are first time visitors to Europe with our 2 kids, 17 and 19 yo)! Bohemia Adventures is locally owned and gave us a personalized experience. It was a full day, but Ash knew where to go to see the good stuff and would drop us/pick us at up at the start/end of trails so that we wouldn't have to spend time hiking along the roadway (we appreciated this even more by the end of the day: we were tired and very thankful we got to enjoy only the good trails while skipping all of the extra hiking" from parking lots).In between all of the amazing scenery Ash had snacks and water for us as well as good music and conversation for the drives. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire day and loved getting to see the natural beauty of Czech.We would highly recommend Bohemia Adventures and would take another tour with them in an instant. Next time we are visiting it will definitely involve Bohemia Adventures. Thanks Ash!"

I highly recommend Bohemia Adventures tour and the team. My friend and myself decided to take a day trip to Bohemia & Sachsische Schweiz National Park. Honza, the tour guide was extremely informative, helpful & well organized.He deserves a big kudos. It was a 9h journey and the car they used was very comfortable for 9 people. As a gesture the team provided a quick bites with water and took us to the lovely Bohemia hiking followed by a great lunch. Later they took us to Sachsische National Park and it was completely mind blowing place. I highly recommend this team if you want to do a adventure hiking tour. As part of the tour there is a boat ride and unfortunately we could not due to bad weather. Please re-confirm before you book and font miss that right.It was really an memorable trip for us. Once again great thanks to Honza, Ondra & Ash all 3 are great team members. If it's Bohemia I would choose this tour operator.

Amazing adventure with Ash, who tooknus across both Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland national parks.Ash had great communication with us prior to our trip. During the trip he was full of knowledge, explained history of Bohemian on our drive to national park pointing out places enroute.During our visit in the parks took time to chat with us individually, gave plenty of information during the hikes. Plenty of breaks to refuel, take photos, nothing was rushed. I can't wait to return to national parks for a future holiday.Our lunch stop served beautiful food. Transport very comfortable, offer of toilet stops was welcoming.I personally would like to thank Ash and travellers who were on my trip today. My little brother who is autistic, profound learning disability really enjoyed today's trip. He was given plenty of time to complete this adventure safely, he felt welcomed and at ease with Ash and the group. Thank you all so much!!Will definitely be using in the future return to Prague and Bohemian.

I recently went on a hiking tour and had a great experience overall. The tour company was punctual and picked us up at the hotel on time. The drive to the first stop was about two hours with a bathroom break, and we were a bit disappointed when we arrived due to the extreme fog and the burned down forest. However, it turned out to be a great day overall.One of the people on our tour was unable to complete the hike, but the rest of us were able to continue. The first part of the hike was a bit disappointing due to the fog and the burned forest, and the lack of views was a bit of a letdown. However, luckily the fog dissipated by the second stop and we were treated to incredible views. While the hike does have steep climbs and many steps, it doesn't require the fitness of a triathlete. Our tour guide provided valuable information throughout the tour and even brought homemade cookies for us as a special treat.The lunch stop had decent food and offered multiple options, including vegetarian and vegan ones. We were also given the choice of a beverage. Our tour guide was very friendly and outgoing.Overall, I would recommend this hiking tour to others who are looking for a challenging outdoor adventure with beautiful views, an informative and thoughtful guide, and a variety of meal options. Despite the initial disappointment with the fog and lack of views, the rest of the tour more than made up for it. It's important to remember that Mother Nature runs the tour, and fog like this can be a possibility. It's just good to be aware of it.
