I like this Starbucks because it’s not that busy but provides great service. Staff is perfect, they know us well and are very quick.Couches inside are comfy and I love that they made at least something like a garden next to it. It’s a nice touch.Overall exceeds all expectations :)

Cosy and comfortable coffee shop, remarkably pleasant considering it's plonked on the edge of a huge carpark. The coffee I had left a lot to be desired, however: it was weak and tasteless. The staff seemed to be to too overstretched to be nice to customers.

One of my best experiences with starbucks in Prague. It really surprised me because I was ordering a complicated drink and the barista made sure it was exactly what I wanted.

For deliveries, the staff in there is simply incapable to close some lids correctly, or to deliver orders with more than 1 article (they pretend to either be busy, or run out of ingredients). I had ordered multiple times because i thought it would be fair to give the staff there another chance (and more than once) and they did everything they could to prove me wrong.I never had issues when ordering from other Starbucks stores, which makes me think it's more about the personnel there, than the chain.So, save your money and stop ordering from that location if you can. Unless you are planning to share your coffee with the delivery person's bag.EDIT: Since i can't seem to be able to reply to the Starbucks Team here that pretends to be interested - last cancelled order from you was at 5.10PM today, so you can do the search on your own.And before that, the latest adventurous" delivery i had from you was with one brewed coffee spilled in the driver's bag

Awesome little Starbucks in one of the best shopping parks in Prague. It has a cute little design and all of the coffee is just delicious, although I can't say it's that much better than the coffee I make at home. I'm not that much of a professional when it comes to coffee. I found the prices to be high . Especially compared to the adjacent IKEA where you can have basically a full meal for the same price as a cup of coffee and a muffin here. Although, the quality is much better here, which is nice.

Make sure you show your covid pass first before you pay for your food because the girl at the checkout let me pay first then asked me for my covid pass. All the food and coffee I ordered was to eat inside the place. I felt like they tricked me. This is a bad business practice. Shame on starbucks.
