Hi I recently bought an amplifier on ebay a primare i30 and whilst I am delighted with the amplifier it came without a remote control. I tried all the primare dealers in UK and none have them in stock .I bought a new, pre programmed remote from Vat Electronics and I think its as good as an original, it works all the functions on the amplifier and for a fraction of the cost of new even if I could get one. I needed a compatible remote for my ceiling fan (id8) having lost the back of the old one and fed up of looking for the batteries that had fallen out and rolled under the bed! The help/chat ensured that I ordered the right replacement and sure enough it arrived and works brilliantly. I must admit that I was a bit sceptical initially because the replacement looked different and was pretty inexpensive but now it’s arrived it is robust and matches every function of the old one. Great service all round.

Prague is a long way from Byron Bay in northern New South Wales, Australia, and I never expected to see my remote again.
