It's expensive. Yes. But it's very nice . Very clean and very good service.Good spa and good restaurant.Im Spanish and visit almost all Europe , this is a good hotel in Česka republika. Every 2 weeks I visit czechia and I could say for me it's the great hotel Ústecký kraj.

Its pretty nice hotel and well worth the spa. Breakfast and restaurant food are pretty limited and average quality. It's not a 4star hotel

Nice place with very friendly multilingual staff. The rooms are clean and modern. The restaurant offers good choice and ours was tasty. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment: although they had a good buffet with both hit and cold options, they simply didn't manage to keep everything available and didn't full up when stuff was empty: juice, eggs, bacon, butter, rolls. Spa is an additional 10 euro for 120 minutes for hotel guests.

The experience was simply perfect, big thanks to the whole staff! Very good restaurant with a very talented chef, very friendly and always smiling staff. The spa is very nice, it has a very cosy and very intimate atmosphere. If you are into welness then I would definitely recommend the Blue Lagoon experience (whole spa reserved just for yourself). Overall a very luxurious place to have a nice hiking vacation stay in Labské Pískovce area!

We had a very nice dinner in the hotel’s restaurant.The food is great and the stuff is very nice amd they speak english.I recommend this place.

Hotel looks great on paper unfortunately very unprofessional staff behavior. Tried to contact several times and was completely ignored. Would expect more from an alleged 4star.

Great hotel. Everything is clean clean clean. No dust at all. Wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful. Very good terrace. The food is Great. It's cooked very Well and stays hot for a long time.The spa deserves 6 stars. Beautiful design and good facilities.Parking facilities and WiFi are highly apreciated.Next time we'll try the wine cellar.
