I normally don’t do reviews. But I got give credit where credit’s due.I ’ve been here quite a few times, the staffs here are extremely helpful. I am new in Prague so I don’t really speak Czech.(although I am learning at the moment. )But the ladies here are always willing to make some extra effort to help.Great professional friendly customer service.Děkuji moc.

This is a Czech post office. Not one in your home country (which may not be all that nice anyway).The staff are as friendly and helpful as they can be, despite none of them speaking English.As we're living in this country, it's fair to learn how they do things. And they will do things differently. So just google it.

Už aby jí zrušily... Malá hnusná pošta. Kapacitě nestačí. Jediné ty ženské za přepážkou jsou fajn

Don't go unless you absolutely have to. Run-down branch of the Czech Post plus I always get told off for waiting in a wrong line. Since Covid opening hours are limited, everybody seems to be here in the am hours just before door opening so go around lunch time (watch for lunch break).

Je dobře, že tuto poštu budou rušit. Prakticky jediný, kdo tam fungoval normálně je balíkový doručovatel. Před 5 dny podán doporučený dopis, dnes ještě stále leží na pobočce, kde byl odevzdán k doručení.
