Best company ever!!! Now I have to be in Australia because of my partner's work. I ordered the contact lenses that I use and they are not available in Australia. They were delivered from the Czech Republic within a week. I'm touched. I have no words for how grateful I am and thank you so much!!! The price is unbeatable. Better to order lenses from Alensa than here in Australia.

Absolutely APPALING customer service.There was an issue with the monthly lenses I ordered from Alensa - i contacted them with photographic proof and even re-visited my optician to clarify I did not have an eye infection, but they took no reponsibility and were super slow in even responding to my concerns. Most worryingly, their opticians, RECALCULATED my prescription and had the audacity to tell me that I had ordered the wrong strength!!! Beggars belief. I've been a contact lens wearer for 30 years, and never experienced the discomfort and itchiness that I did with these clearly faulty lenses, which also tore within a few weeks of use.

Have been using this company in many EU countries as it has a huge EU coverage and the products are always arriving in impeccable state. The delivery time varies, but it is always on time. My last delivery to Bulgaria was within 30h from placing the order which was an impressive speed.

Greece is my location: fast free box delivery and tidy packaging. Absolutely lovely website, clean and full well localized; these products are not available in our country. I ordered ninety pairs of multifocal daily disposable contact lenses (manufactured by Alcon). They were delivered to Greece via the post office within five days. They were well packaged, reasonably priced, included a free gift (!) and I paid by PayPal. I would recommend alensa and will use them again.

I have had a successful order from your website in June, my second order in July was cancelled because you're unable to make my glasses due to my PD value? My first order was with the same frame measurements and the same prescription! I made a call to your customer service and their answer was unprofessional. I am not going to recommend you to any of my family or friends because you're unreliable!
