I had an absolutely horrendous experience at AAA Auto and I strongly advise against dealing with them. My visit to the dealership turned out to be a complete waste of time and effort, leaving me frustrated and deeply disappointed.First and foremost, I traveled for a grueling two-hour journey specifically to see a car that caught my interest. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the car had been mysteriously sent back to Prague. It is unacceptable that the dealership failed to inform me in advance, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.Although they eventually located the car, their behavior towards me was appalling. The staff members were shockingly rude and condescending, treating me as if I couldn't possibly afford the car. Even though I intended to pay in cash, their demeanor and attitude were completely unwarranted and disrespectful.After engaging in a lengthy and exhausting argument, the dealership reluctantly agreed to let me see the car. However, they denied me the opportunity for a test drive, which is a fundamental aspect of any car buying process. Furthermore, their constant monitoring and suspicion towards me made me feel like a criminal or a potential thief. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and extremely insulting.I want to emphasize that I will never consider doing business with this company again. Their lack of professionalism, disrespectful behavior, and disregard for customer satisfaction are clear indicators of their poor business ethics. I strongly urge potential car buyers to steer clear of AAA Auto, as they clearly prioritize their own interests over customer satisfaction.

Second time a car to be purchased here. Professional approach, kind staff and fast response with good deals and offers.What I am happy about is the kids corner :D excellent job!

Staff was really helping and caring, take you all your support during buying process especially Petr Jumar for his effort and care.

Barta and Petr Jumar approach was very nice, Petr seller showed me a lot of cars and I decided to pick up one of them, after one day i was driving my new car, i recommend Petr Jumar seller, he is a nice person and also for who needs an english speaker seller.

The place is not a customer friendly place. The guys that are working on the test driving are okay. But there is some manager or something with a big big attitude. Just imagine saying to a customer we are not depending on you we have a lot of customers(after asking for a discount which was promised when talking on the phone) just trying to find the way to file an official complain. Manager should not say that !!!

Mr. Petr Jumar was brilliant and helped us with all the process, he was so sweet and good person to work with, cheers..

Jakub Říha was my advisor. The service was very recommendable. Professional treatment and knowledgeable. Resolved all my doubts and found the information about the car that I requested. I just hope the car stays as in good condition as it seems to be.

I selected a specific car on their Czech website, submitted the form and within the same day received a phone call informing me that the car is in external storage

Jakub Riha was great, he treated us really well, English speaking, we made a deal and we are really happy :)We had a terrible first experience here in 2020, now looks like a different place!
