Nice beach, free entry, refreshments and toilets in place. ALWAYS google out the water quality. Otherwise I can recommend, worthy to visit and enjoy the time off.

Decent place to take in some sunshine, drink a beer and go for a dip in the lake. For a place without seaside, I suppose it's as good as it gets. The children's playground needs some updating. Some of the bars at the beach are quite pricey (see the Point), the changing rooms are old and looking kind of decripit. The water quality is relatively ok, but you need to pay attention as it's not always the same story. There are too many dogs barking around while one is simply trying to have a beer and relax.
