Highly recommend.

I am absolutely frustrated by the attitude in this facility - I visited Immunology department here. At my first visit when i tried to speak Czech, the doctor and nurse openly laughed at the way I speak Czech, even though I was able to explain everything. I let it go, hoping that i would get professional help at least. But every time when I came for the blood test I was told that there was not printed Dr. Recommendation /Zadanka so they could not attend me. After insisting on them looking in the computer, the nurses were able to find the recommendation and take a blood test - this happened twice, so the doctors do not bother to adhere to the clinic's practice and prepare the documents in advance as they are supposed to. Since I had certain elements not in order as per the blood test I was sent to retake it in a month, and when I got the same bad result I was simply told that this happens, some people are born like that and conversation was over (by the way, both time I was told that the doctor is very busy and can only tell results by phone and you cannot see your blood test results until you speak with the doctor! so you cannot prepare any questions in advance). When I asked what can I do to improve this - I was told there is nothing to do. I do not understand why did they send me for the repeated blood test if the repeatedly bad result meant nothing to them! I seriously doubt about professionalism and ethics in this clinic.

moc mila sestricka, která mi dělala odběr i mě obsluhovala. Ovšem další dost neprofesionální. Přede mnou si dělala slečna rozbor na HCG a sestra to komentovala slovy: bože proč na to chodí a neudělá si gravitest, vždyť to ví hned. Podle mě, pokud má nějaký názor, tak by si to mohla říct třeba v kuchyňce, nebo když tam nikdo není.
