RESTDAY

One pair of climbing shoes I used already had rather big holes down through the fabric. The local store where I usually have them sent to be resoled said that they can't repair them anymore, but they suggested that I try Restday because they might be able to.So I asked via email with attached photos and they assured me that they could repair the shoes. I sent them (along with another pair) and got them back after six weeks (slightly longer than the estimated five, but I didn't mind).After only ten-ish bouldering sessions my shoes showed the very same holes as before the resoling, so obviously they weren't repaired properly.I emailed Restday again (with photos) and demanded a refund. They declined, stating that this was normal wear and tear. I told them that even if I tried I couldn't wear down my shoes this quickly - and in exactly the same places (and different places on the two shoes) as before the repair. They still insisted that there was no fault on their end.The second pair of shoes lasted reasonably long after the repair, so two stars for that. Given my experience I'll definitely have my shoes resoled elsewhere in the future.

I have sent two pair of climbing shoes for resole. the result is just perfect. they are like new now. It took more time as expected but the waiting time was worth. I even got a small bag for carrying the shoes. perfect service and good prices

Perektní zkušenost! Rychlá a vstřícná komunikace. Oprava (Hanwag Alaska) úplně dokonalá. Vše rychle (cca měsíc i s dopravou), kvalitně a nakonec - v kontextu konkrétní boty - i levně. Jestli budu potřebovat ještě někdy opravovat botu, tak jedině tady.

even though good work, repairing duration 2 to 3 months is too slow. I recommend other shops.
