A great way to park in the city center. It is valet parking, so you have to give them your car keys. The price is ok for Prague.You need some driving skills to enter the spot, but it's doable.

Tight squeeze but decently priced for the city. The staff were very polite and maneuvered my SUV out for me. Great confident drivers and service. Safe place to park with video monitors. 600 meters from Charles bridge.

At first I was quite concerned about my new car, because I had to leave my keys there. Then I saw the amount of cars that had to be parked down there - it looked like Tetris. They need the keys to repark all the cars. We stayed from friday to sunday and my car was being blocked by about 10 cars. I got it back with no problems or damage. A good advice is to call the guys before you want to pick up your car. We payed 46 Euros for nearly 48h.

I parked there for 4 days in May 2022 while Rammstein was playing 2 concerts and the city was completely overcrowded. At first I was a bit sceptic, because I had to leave my car keys there. But the nice guy that parked my car calmed me and we joked a bit about my typical german reaction. I got my car back without any scatches or dents and the parking fee was absolutely ok. We will visit the city again soon and I know that my car will be parked there again.

Good parking place. We came here 3 days in a row. You can trust the guys working there. It's a small parking place so sometimes the car needs to be moved and you can give your keys to them. First we weren't sure since to park it here, but they talk English and just do their job and the price is decent. Nice guys are working there.

If you think something is off about the website reservation system than you are right: The reservation system is currently down" is the next in the list of all too obvious excuses (see other reviews). I personally don't do business with shady people. And found a great shopping center parking across the river."

I was so glad to see that parking close to Štěpánská street ... staff is very friendly and helpful....in rush hours it's hard to see the parking sign to enter.... Very busy street and car parking is great blessing at this place .. love it and thank you to staff ..

Reasonable experience here, arranged through the hotel and paid directly to them. Arrived at 7:10am but the door wasn’t open. They arrived a few minutes after. Was charged full rate even though 1.5 days were occupied.

Hidden amongst the street shops is the access to the underground central parking Prague, which offers a variety of hand car washing options, which includes 3 free hours of parking. Friendly staff, spoke brilliant English. They did a thorough and super clean on the car. Be careful entering the car park as the access is also the exit for vehicles so use the round wall mirrors available, to make sure the access is clear.
