Jan not only organized everything about viewing a flat and renting it, but during years of rental he was basically a full-time representative for landlord, therefore all communication was done through him, varying from minor domestic questions to issues needing urgent attention. During moving in, he also helped with making a contract with UPC with special price. When rent period ended, Jan was punctual with his assistance during moving out, including help with selling furniture to landlord.
