What happened with the BMW service? Ive asked to check two issues during the review of my car and got any feedback. I waited 1h at check in, and the car has been given back with the same defects and the change of the oil by the receptionist without explanations as the technical person was already gone (at 16.30). Car has not been cleaned as usued to happen. What did not change is the price of the service. Very disappointing

Professional service with great customer service

Always a great service, fast and reliable. Better if you contact this authorized car service in advance by phone and make an appointment. i always get a good explanation of what is to be done on car, what would be the price and the term, which is usualy perfectly met.

Fantastic service! I had a problem with my car for a long time, which none of the other services could, and had any intention to diagnose and help me solve. It's been going on for over a year, with no success.BMW CarTec was very different. I worked with Adam Baitl, who was following up the process for several weeks with me. He was always available, providing detailed information about ongoing diagnostic, met me in person and allowed to accommodate my work schedule.Adam and his team went as far as to go on rides in my car with me to see in detail how problem manifested itself, and made sure we tried everything to get to the bottom of it, went in depth in diagnostic methods, all until it was definitely diagnosed to be a certain component of the car that needs fixing, and not something else.I am extremely grateful to CarTec, and especially Adam for help and support in a complex case, and would recommend anyone with a BMW car to go CarTec - totally worth it.

Not the best customer service

Great customer care. The manager stayed late on Friday evening to ensure I understood all of the notes made by Cartec's technician re: work done on my car.

I brought the car to them for just a check of consumables, later on the day they called me and said that the car is not starting and that during the testing process someone did something wrong and broke the car! Then they told me that they will fix the car and that they will pay all the expenses, that the part they broke will come in 2 days and that I will get a one year warranty on it. After 2 days they called me to come pick the car but they don't have a warranty to give me and after some talk they changed their mind and they will only give me 6 months warranty but still no proof of the changes of the parts that were replaced. Bottom line is that they don't know what they are doing, I brought the car in perfect condition, it was working fine but because of them I had to replace parts to fix it. Don't recommend it!
