A very unexpected and unique Prague experience. The owner is a very friendly chef who dearly helps you choose one of his own delicious snail recipes. My favourite was grilled snails with burgundy butter.

We had a great time here. Visited in late November and it was just us and the couple who own the farm. They’re very kind and passionate about the cooking there — they recommended the mixed snails platter and the liver pâté toasts which were both excellent. We also got to paint snail shells to hang on their souvenir wall which was very fun. If you’re looking for an adventure out of the city center, definitely come here! Easy to get to taking the metro to Kobylisy and a bus the rest of the way. Bring cash — they do not accept card; also, call ahead of time (at least in the off-season), we had to make a reservation since it’s family run.

This place can hardly be called a restaurant. It's a snail farm with a bistro on site. The menu features snails prepared in several ways. We chose with Tabasco, wasabi and garlic. I have eaten snails in a dozen other places and I must admit that the bistro serves some of the best I have ever had. The service deserves a big plus as they are willing to help and advise. Just remember to bring cash and that this is not a restaurant (don't expect white tablecloths, etc.).

ŠNEČÍ FARMA A RESTAURACE
My short visit of this place was simply amazing. Despite of it being almost closing hours, the owner and other employees were very nice and weren't trying to rush anything or drive us out. The snails by themselves were a great experience and tasted absolutely delicious (we even bought some frozen ones to eat later at home). This was indeed one of the best places I have been to in Prague so far. I would definitely recommend visiting and dining here to anyone who likes to try new things and loves great food.
