Česká pošta

I made some purchases on the internet (purchases from China). Small quantities for personal use. I am satisfied with the work of the post offices. It all came without problems. Kindness and reliability also found at the post office of my small town.

package sits there 9 days already no change, 30km far from my house... it took 10 days to travel 8000km from China

Z Číny sem zásilku přepraví za 4 dny, ale pak se na měsíc nebo dva zasekne na tomhle depu v Malešicích. Kdyby aspoň byla možnost si sem pro něj zajít osobně když už to nedokážou doručit, kam mají...

So, first things first, this place has no office/desk for customers (it's a big distribution center). Also, if you don't speak at least a bit of Czech, don't go there!I went there really frustrated after not receiving a package for over 2months. During this time, the online tracking said it's there. However, I went there with a positive attitude and limited Czech knowledge. The old lady at the entrance called someone who explained to me they don't have the package and I need to file a complaint. I communicated that to the old lady, who personally escorted me to another office. There, I was handed over the tracking document from the post office that stated the package left the center 2months ago for delivery, so the complaint should be done/handled by the post office where I live. Even without enough Czech, I had a positive experience (I still don't have the package, but I know where to go).

Received the package by noon the day after it has arrived in Czech Republic. Totally can recommend!

Balík který byl v Říčanech u Prahy měl byt doručen do Říčan o pár ulic dál. Kousek od Pošty.Najednou se balík ocitnul v Malešicich a druhy den v Ostravě. Jak je tohle možné ? Že balík posílají zpět. Když ho ani nedoručili. Prý ho kurýr zapomel na depu. Hruuuuza. Palec dolu pro českou poštu.

Za mne naprostá spokojenost. Všechno klapalo jak mělo a byl jsem mile překvapen. Škoda, že si dobrá půlka obyvatelstva vůbec neuvědomuje co to všechno je za práci, honění, nestíhání apod. aby každý dostal tu svoji zásilku. Zvlášť v případech, že si stěžují a přitom nemají ani správně zadanou adresu.

A gift that I sent to a friend of mine lies in this logsitics hub already for 3 days, nobody responds. It's a small registered letter, how come does it take so long to ship it to its destination which is 40 minutes away from the hub?!

Česká pošta je prostě katastrofa. Balíčky z Číny mám už 3.5 měsíce na cestě a stále nic. Ještě že mi už Aliexpres vrátil peníze.
