They close parts and don't tell anyone so everyone waits for services they refuse to provide at the end of the day, the people are their they just won't do it

I made an appointment and everything was on time.Very nice bank employees, one woman even speaks Ukrainian and one EnglishThe were no problems with language

Průměrná menší pobočka, která má i pokladnu, nicméně od 1. července 2021 bude tato pobočka bez pokladní služby. Vklady i výběry hotovosti je již nyní možné provádět prostřednictvím bankomatů v pobočce.

after they call my number and i asked if they speak in english, they answered NO. and i was like,how id open my account on them if they not talk in english.I know they are literally speak in their own language but they are not trying.and there is also an option in english in their machine though.Shame on you!

Hodně nerad do této pobočky chodím. Bhouzel je nejbližší u mne ale nepříjemný a neochotny zaměstnanci.Dvě dámy dole dělají jen minimum. Cokoliv víc, odejdou se zeptat šéfa, přijdou, a slušně vás pošlou do pr.
