Řekl bych že pošta není tak hrozná jak všichni píšou. Jasně opravdu intenzivní smrad na poště nejde přehlédnout a špinavá podlaha taky ale když zrovna nehledáte potřebu si sednout a pustite si treba hudbu do sluchátka tak ten čas utíká jedna báseň. Ale taková rada pro lidi který si budou na poště něco vyzvedávat. NIKDY! si na tuhle pobočku nenechávejte posílat nějaký malý obálky nebo nějaký další věci z mých zkušeností jakmile zásilka má cca 2-4kg tak sotva si vemu vyvolávací lístek a už si jdu vesele s zásilkou domu.

I thought that Polish post office is bad, crowdy, and unhelpful, but this office beet Polsish office in every competytion. I must take a two queue (45min each) becuse i dont know that i should bought envelope in post shop and i cant do it in the post window...

This post is getting better, but it is still very bad. But since the introduction of Pošta Online, you can skip the copious amounts of old people waiting for their pension money. Otherwise, still the worst post in Prague. If you wanted to have your package delivered to your house, these postal workers are going to forcefully change your mind, because they just don't deliver.

Pokaždé dlouhé fronty. Na tuhle poštu chodit nechcete, nejlépe svačinu (oběd) do batůžku, případně využít některý ze stánků/obchodů v okolí. I víkendový nákup se dá stihnout dřív než projděte na řadu.

I needed to buy 3 stamps, one E and two B. I don't speak czeck so I used google translate. The lady behind the counter was visibly annoyed because she needed to take the stamps from an office in the back of the post office. Then she got angry, because she didn't take both of the stamps, because she failed to read my note.

Why do I have to pay for something I already paid for with shipping fee? This was never the case, I always used to order things from other countries, and now they are demanding a customs fee? This was never the case, this a new thing that came out this year, it's illegal what they do, and they deserve no money for something that was already paid for.
