A quaint restaurant, just a block from the Charles Bridge, opposite the mill wheel and gremlin. The food was as delicious as the service, and the beer too. We had dinner after most of the tourists had left - a memorable meal in Prague.

Absolutely delightful place for a warm authentic Czech meal, beautiful view (right next to the only working water mill), and the most accommodating staff and service. We called ahead to be sure there was space, and they had a table ready for us. Adorably decorated, super quaint. Felt like transporting back in time. I had the duck, which was delicious, and my friends had the pork knee.

Está en un lugar muy bonito, pero no llegamos a entrar, porque la persona que nos recibió nos preguntó que si teníamos reserva, dijimos que no y nos nos dejó hablar, nos echó. Fue desagradable y mal educado, no por ser checo, no hay que confundir que son directos pero son agradables, este hombre no sabe atender al cliente, nos podía haber dicho lo mismo de forma educada.

The absolute cutest place for lunch! Perfect on a warm day to sit outside surrounded by colourful flowers, comfortably seated on a fluffy rug and enjoying the waterwheel calmly running next to you by the small river. The atmosphere didn't falter when it started to lightly rain as staff unrolled canvas shelter above us. There is an inside area too with glass windows all around it. The food was really good - I had the pork schnitzel which came with smooth mash. I also liked their raspberry lemonade and they had a few other flavours to choose from if you'd prefer. Reasonably priced food and drinks and the coffee isn't bad either. I recommend also as a photoshoot spot if you're there when it's quiet enough.

The location and the atmosphere are very nice. However, the stuff offered me mulled wine into a broken glass. When I asked to change it because it was dangerous and the wine was leaking, he denied to do it. Also, he instead to offer for tasting a shot of liquer, which made me think that it was for free. It was not... Last thing, the table was dirty.

Visited just before Christmas '22, and despite the hustle and bustle 100 metres away, we managed to have the place to ourselves.The restaurant is beautiful at the best of times, but with the Christmas lights up it was even more beautiful and incredibly romantic.Tomas was our host, and very friendly, genial and accomodating. He made our night even more special.The food was beautiful, the hot wine delicious and all reasonably priced.We cant wait to return! Highly recommended!!!
