good afternoon, recently visited this restaurant. Firstly, I waited a very long time for the waiter. I called several times, the staff is very slow. I didn't like the food at all! Too high a price for this kind of food!

Rude service, overpriced food + missing ingredients in the dish (tagliatelle with meat and mushrooms - mushrooms were missing , the waiter refused to add them, other dish had no ruccolla - but they added that after the request)..

One star is for the waiter.The food is good and the location but the waiter an old man around 55-60 was very very rude not only to us but to many people in our group of Cypriots visiting Marianke Lazne.

First of all, check the reviews people and don't be like me. From the start, my family and I knew something's wrong with this place. When we came in, we asked the staff if we can have dinner, the waiter's answer was: What do you want to order? (we were new to this town so we really didn't know what was on the menu). After we said that first of all we're going to check the MENU he showed us a free spot where we sat down. He brought us the MENU. All of us can say that he smelled badly, very musty and he seemed like he had a drink.. The food was okay, a bit expensive, but it wasn't a total disaster. We ordered a T-Bone steak. When we asked how much it weights he told us that it's a 1/2 kilo of a meat. So we decided that we would split it in half. In any good restaurant, the staff should ask how do we like our meat done (rare/medium-rare/well-done). When the steak was ready it clearly wasn't the right weight as he told us. The price was still good even thought it was a smaller portion (600 CZK) but definitely wasn't for 2 people. It was probably a missunderstanding with the waiter. About the food, what I didn't like was the thing that the steak wasn't cooked evenly, one side of the bone was well done, but the other side was medium-rare. (the meat itself was really good quality so it was a shame that the meat wasn't done properly. When he came with the food, he placed all of the dishes in the middle of the table, didn't serve anyone and left. When he came back for the empty dishes he made a tower of them on the table (that's not a proper way to clear the table). To conclude my review, I just want to say that the main problem is with the attitude. My family and I felt quite uncomfortable, unwelcome, and it was a shame since this was our last night in the town. The place looked good but the waiter made it seem like it's just another tourist trap for wealthy tourists.

Waiter was quite rude, did not let us sit outside (21:00pm) while restaurant policy is that the outside seating closes at 22:00pm. Over-salted mozzarella and tomatoes are most definitely NOT fresh! Pasta with chicken, while the taste was good, the portion is a toddlers size and was also quite salty. Prices are a bit out of this world, they do not meet the quality of product.3/10 Max.ENJOY (not)

It´s basically a tourist trap. As a Czech I do not recommend to eat the Czech classics like goulash etc. You can get them for half a price in every czech pub and they will taste better. The service was poor aswell. Staff is very rude.

From the outside this looks like a really good pub and you would have high expectations, however the beer that we ordered was flat, the Aperol and Mojito was the worst we’ve had, it tasted as though it was made the day before, there was no crushed ice. Very disappointing. Unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend this pub.
