Renting process was nearly smooth. I was in rush to move, which caused some missing information.But this kind of firms main strength is their customer service. I don't know if I'm assigned to one or it is just coincidence but Lucie is the best! Proactive, problem server and always quick to respond.I have an issue? I fill a form. Lucie answers me, asap and I know that everything gonna be all right.Thanks Lucie, have a joyful, healthy and wealthy life!

Smooth and positive experience as a person who rents via them. They do care about their tenants, which is an amazing thing to appreciate.

We moved out of our apartment in May and we still haven't received our deposit back. We understand that it takes some time, but it has been almost two months! We even paid for all the utility bills, so it is not like you still have to do calculations and deduct said bills from the deposit. We have emailed several times asking about the status of the deposit, but it seems that no-one is taking care of it. We are really dissapointed with the poor service.

I do not recommend this company! The worst experience I've ever had with an real estate company!! Starting from the beginning they provided an extremely poor service. First they have promised me a lower price of the utilities as they were for two people and I was moving alone but after I paid the booking fee( which by the way also included the utility bills) they were not replying to my messages and emails and with days before moving in they told me that the price is actually higher and that they've made a mistake and cannot lower the prices as promised because the owner does not agree and that If I don't agree I can go and search for another flat...When moving out, I gave them my notice letter and the person in charge of my flat told me that everything is fine, I have no debts and that I will receive my deposit back. Well when I was handing over the flat another person came and told me that I was wrongly informed and that I actually have to pay one more month because they have 3 months of notice...Ok I paid that as it was stipulated in the contract( even thought I was promised explaining my circumstances that would be fine with a two months notice) but still I have to receive my deposit back.I am still waiting, 4 Months later!! I call every week and all they say is that they are calculating and that in a few days I will receive an email and my money still without any result. No one is answering my emails or messages.By far the worst company and service in general received in Czech Republic!!

I was living in a flat offered by idealni najemce for two years. I am still waiting for the return of the deposit, even though it was promised to be returned by the end of April, at latest. The company does not provide any reason why it has not been returned yet, nor when I can expect it. It's over 3 months and still no signs that they return me the money from the deposit.

We really appreciate Monika Olšova's assistance. She stayed with us over the phone through the time we were trying fix the whole thing and even spoke to our receptionist and translated it for us. We are glad and grateful for her commendable service.

Renting a flat was fine at the beginning, with a few hiccups - garage keys were not available immediately and cosmetic repairs were not done before we moved in.Following couple weeks some repairs were done as we were accommodating ourselves but none of our requests for a repaint and consealment of wall cracks were addressed. Garage keys were surrendered only after 8 months.Communication is a problem. Any emails I write have a turnover time of a week on average, considering that I have to follow up one or two times before getting a reply. Phone calls aren't being picked up at all.While the company is supposed to be administering the accommodation, it has a different opinion, it would only do break-fix support and could care less about you whatsoever.

My experience is so good. I always get a helpful response whenever I need some help. You are professional and I will always rely on you whenever I will want to relocate.I recommend IdealniNajemce to anyone who wants to have a peaceful pleasant home accommodation administration experience.Keep the great quality of your work guys.Joni
